Finders Keepers?
It rained cash Thursday night (4/25) in Michigan after $30,000 fell off the back of a man’s truck and now public safety officials are asking motorists to return the money.
The man said he accidentally left the box on the bumper of his truck and drove away. That’s when the money started flying. Officers responded to the scene when traffic started backing up as people stopped and got out of their cars to collect the money.
Officers say they received $2,470 from some good samaritan’s who then gave it to the owner when he returned to the scene. So far $7,000 of the $30,000 has been returned.
Would you give the money back or is the man out of luck since he forgot to secure his load?
