Tyler the Creator recently spoke to Rick Rubin about his ‘Igor’ album on the ‘Broken Record’ podcast and had some thoughts on Eminem and his selection of beats he’s rhymed on.

Tyler was asked if there was any artist he listens to specifically for their lyrics, he named Eminem as one of the rappers, but also said: “He picks some of the worst beats ever.” Tyler also mentioned Jay-Z for his ability to approach rapping in a specific way over certain instrumentals.
