Bill Cosby has failed in his latest bid to overturn his 2018 sexual assault conviction. Attorneys for Cosby argued that five of his accusers shouldn’t have been allowed to testify during the trial. But the Superior Court ruled that the women’s testimony helped establish a pattern of Cosby drugging and assaulting his victims. The 82-year-old Cosby is currently behind bars serving a 3-to-10 year sentence. He’s expected to appeal his case again to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
