JUSTIN “MORNINGS on THE BEAT” 6AM-10AM
Originally from Iowa, JUSTIN made his way to Utah during high school, where he attended Murray High and landed an internship at a local radio station—the spark that ignited his broadcasting career.
Since then, he’s worked at radio stations across the country, bringing energy, personality, and good vibes wherever he goes.
92.5 The BEAT is proud to call Justin part of the family.
When he’s not on the air, you can find him out on the water at Flaming Gorge, trying new recipes on his smoker, tinkering with projects in his garage, or hanging out with his dog, “Oakley”.
JAKE STONE “MIDDAYS on THE BEAT” 10AM-3PM
A Cottonwood Heights, Utah native, JAKE STONE entered into radio back in 2000 as a high school Junior. Over the past 25 years he as worked in every department of our broadcasting team from Promotions Director, Morning Show host, and later Vice President of Promotions & Events.
After two decades of creating results-driven promotions and marketing concepts for hundreds of brands, Jake brings a wealth of personalized branding experience to the airwaves to help present your product to our 92.5 The Beat listeners!
MEILANI “AFTERNOONS on THE BEAT” 3PM-7PM
MEILANI is originally from Stockton, CA, where she first began her radio career at the age of 18 with KWIN 97.7/98.3. Meilani worked her way up in radio starting in the Promotions Department and shortly after went On-Air. Her radio career first started with Overnights, Weekends and then ultimately Middays. Later, her career evolved by moving to Phoenix, AZ where she hosted a #1 Night Show for KKFR Power 98.3/96.1.
Meilani loves connecting with her listeners, and radio continues to be an internally rewarding passion for her.
Additional passion’s include Polynesian dancing and cooking. She is an award winning Tahitian Dancer who loves sharing recipes on her YouTube Channel: “Meilani Life”. Meilani comes from Polynesian decent, so cooking, eating and dancing are all a must.
DJ Sheade “The Turn Up Hour” Saturdays 6PM-7PM
DJ SHEADE is a Farmington, Utah native whose passion for music goes far beyond the airwaves. She began learning how to DJ in 2020 and quickly turned that into a craft. Known for her authenticity, musical knowledge, and connection with listeners, DJ Sheade has steadily climbed the ranks of Utah’s DJ scene. Her dedication and talent were recognized in a big way when she was voted Best DJ in Utah 2025 by City Weekly, cementing her status as one of the state’s standout tastemakers. Whether she’s on the radio, digging through crates of vinyl, or bringing high energy to live sets, DJ Sheade brings heart, skill, and personality to everything she does.
DJ SOLO EFFECT is a Colorado/Utah native with childhood dreams of being on the radio. Well, her radio journey began in 2013 at the University of Utah’s K-UTE Radio. Then in 2017, she started her internship at Broadway Media and worked her way up through promotions. Eventually landing her childhood dream career in 2019 as the producer of the Radio From Hell Show on our sister station, X96.
As her radio career grew so did her dreams of having her own radio show, to share her passion and love of EDM and the EDM community with the world. That opportunity has finally happened as Elevated Evenings has begun! As a passionate lover of electronic music, she spends as much time as possible escaping the world with live concerts and music festivals, and in September you can guarantee she will be gone for a week reminding you as often as she can about getting lost with her dinosaurs at Lost Lands aka Dubstep Disneyland (her favorite music festival).
Behind the mic as DJ Solo Effect, she curates the music that inspires her most—from the newest releases to festival favorites—with the goal of celebrating the EDM community and sharing its energy with listeners everywhere.
