Farmers Market n Chill? Check out some of Salt Lake City’s dopest Farmers Markets!
Saturday’s and Sunday’s are the only days that I can honestly say I have to myself. I don’t do much, I usually just hang out around the house. Or, I go out to Farmers Markets. I love farmers markets because it’s local people out there making a living. If fresh produce is your thing, you can get all of it there. It’s actually kind of cool to see the things people make as well. There are butchers, painters, blacksmiths, food trucks, and of course, farmers! As an entrepreneur, I support those doing what they love and have no problem spending my money there.
On Wednesdays’, there’s a market in Sugar House that starts in the afternoon. I haven’t actually been to this one yet but a close friend of mine goes and she loves it.
On Saturdays there is the market at Pioneer Park downtown. It’s huge! In fact it attracts so many people that it’s hard to find a place to park.
On Sundays, go and check out the Market at Wheeler Farm. This one is my favorite of the 3 actually. I like it because as most of you know there is not a lot to do on a Sunday. And after a long night of DJing, it’s nice to relax and just hang out the following day.
