IS IT THAT GOOD?
So, as you know I’m on this weight-loss journey and have been for awhile now. One thing that I’ve noticed is I get tired of drinking water or the same drinks day in and day out. One of my very good friends Junior Hammon of Highline Tattoo in West Point, Utah introduced me to this interesting drink called Kombucha. I’m not going to lie, at first I was like “I thought that was a sex book” lol, but I tried it and the first one I tried was waaay too bitter for me.
But, a week later he offered a new flavor to me which was the Superberry by BrewDR, and I fell in love with it! This drink is loaded with probiotics that are good for your stomach and will help your digestive system along with so many other great health benefits that I am still learning about. I would like to recommend this drink to anyone looking for a healthier choice. I would also like some recommendations from you!
