Drinking water can help you stay fuller longer and help with fatigue and dehydration. You should be drinking your weight in ounces every day. Keep a water bottle on you at all times. An easy way to know if you’re drinking enough water is to look at your pee. If its clear to very light yellow you’re good! bright to dark yellow can indicate that you may be dehydrated, this can be a reason why you haven’t seen the scale move much. This is the only time its OK to be extra thirsty!
