BARZ IS GROUND ZERO FOR UTAH’S HIP HOP TALENT.
I’m so proud to say we’ve started season 3. This is by far the most consistent project I’ve ever done and it is entirely due to Utah being such a melting pot of musical and artistic talent. All different walks of life, different ages and styles since our first episode. The kickoff episode of the new season with LAVI$H supports that statement. Originally from Roy Utah and the 19 year old is doing everything he can to make his dream career happen. I admire his energy, his passion and his drive. He won by voting via my IG page and was most voted.. so this one’s for ya’ll.
I’ve put the episodes in Utah’s hands. Every other week I throw a “BARZ ON THE STREETS” popup and emcee’s come through acapella for the camera. We let the community vote all weekend.. and the most-voted links up with me at the U92 Studios for their official episode that week. We literally just met and filmed this a few days ago (and shout out to my Visual Director and hip hop loving homie Jordan Delacruz for his dedication since day one.)
