Cardi B Drops ‘Press’ Music Video

Cardi B’s ‘Press’ Video Shows She’s Fully Controlling Her Narrative

A day after pleading not guilty to 12 charges, Cardi B released her new video “Press” where she addresses the new headlines, head on. The video opens with Cardi shooting at an unfaithful lover, then much like her real-life, screaming, crying fans are shown holding “guilty until proven innocent” signs outside a courthouse as Cardi is whisked away into an interrogation room.

Cardi is embracing her current state of affairs. The video shows her walking into court looking like she walked off the runway in Milan, then she appears naked with a sea of women standing around her.  The video seems to mirror her everyday life, as she has mentioned several times on her Instagram Live sessions that she feels like everyone’s watching her every move and knowing nothing about what really goes on.
