Chances are you’ve seen one or the other, or even both, but Netflix and Hulu recently released documentaries about the Fyre Festival that left thousands of attendees stranded on an island in the Bahamas.
Forget what you’ve heard about the disastrous Fyre Festival — you’ve only been told half the story.

The Festival was a bad idea from the get-go, but that didn’t stop the main organizer from trying to make it happen regardless. Social media turned Fyre into trending topic over the weekend which prompted Ja Rule, one of the festival’s co-creators to come to the defense via Twitter.

Ja Rule claims to have had an amazing vision for the festival, which in his defense, could have been dope had they actually thought it through.

He also expressed frustration over the amount of blame he’s faced because of the failed event and claims that he was scammed too.
