
Mamba Mentality…
Kobe Bryant’s “Mamba Mentality” has not left him.
During a recent interview, he said he still maintains his strict workout schedule. He said one reason was because he let himself go when he first retired. Once that happened, he wanted to see if he could get himself back in shape but it was hard because he didn’t have an end goal.

Another reason was for his three daughters. His daughters are 15, 12 and 1 years old. He said that training is a good way to teach your kids about hard work.
His 15-year-old daughter now wakes up and trains with him at 4 am as it has become their “daddy-daughter” thing.
