The late Michael Jackson’s estate is suing ABC and its parent company Disney for a TV special that aired and infringed on its intellectual property.
Court documents filed by the estate alleges that “The Last Days of Michael Jackson,” illegally uses Michael’s most valuable songs, songs include “Billie Jean” and “Bad,” plus music videos, including “Thriller” and “Black or White.”
ABC has yet to respond to the allegations but when the estate raised concerns last week, the network said they did not violate said rights to the estate.
