FELONY CHARGE OF THREATENING TERRORISM
According to a probable cause statement, 40-year-old Donald Michael Hammans went into the Ogden City Police station and demanded “his rights be restored.”
“He then pulled out what appeared to be a lighter and container with liquid inside and stated that it would be the light and we wouldn’t like it if the items combined,” the statement says.
Look I’m all for standing up for yourself and your rights but this is completely dumb and outrageous.
