WATCH: Neighbor Stops Fight Between Two Atlantic City High School Teens

Happy Friday ya’ll!!! It’s Intern Esther here. Just wanted to share some positive vibes with you before the weekend turn up! What seems to be just another World Star Hip Hop video of a fight at first glance takes a turn in an unexpected but powerful direction. If you haven’t seen it yet the video that was recently posted to Facebook went viral and has received more than 20 million views and more than 568,000 shares. In the video the neighbor, Ibn Ali Miller a 26-year-old Muslim living in Atlantic City, walks up to the crowd of High School teens and the two young men that were setting up to fight. He starts talking to them and encouraging them not to fight but to use their words instead. In the video you can hear him say things like, “You’re almost men, start acting like it, yo. You’re going to get nowhere like this, yo” and “Your dad’s doing life, you think it’s a game out here? It’s no game out here. It’s real out here, little bro.” Using his powerful words and his determination he was able to convince the two teens to shake hands and the video ends. In just those four minutes he was able to send a powerful message to the world and we were able to see something positive being shared that I hope will become a more normal thing! Since the video went viral Miller has received recognition from the Atlantic City Council as well as praises from Lebron James and Snoop Dogg on Twitter. I hope you can take these positive vibes with you throughout the weekend!
