Isiah Simon just sued Nicki Minaj for copyright infringement over his image of an inverted heart design. According to TMZ, the t-shirt design which feature 2 big boobs in a bra or bikini are pretty identical.
Simon’s shirt reads: “I *image here* Venice Beach”. While Nicki’s is similar, with the word “Nicki” in place of the “Venice Beach”.
The suit is not only requesting to block sales from the UMG site, but also stop profits that UMG and Nicki are allegedly making.
