R. Kelly’s request to be released from jail because of COVID-19 has been denied.
A judge in Brooklyn ruled that Kelly must remain in federal custody in Chicago. The ruling said Kelly is not at “high risk” if he comes down with Coronavirus.
The judge also flagged Kelly as a flight risk if he is released.
