A new poll suggests most fans would rather watch sports with no live crowd than wait any longer to get their fix.
ESPN surveyed 1,004 sports fans, with 65 percent saying they’d support sports returning without spectators. 76 percent supported it as long as players were quarantined and closely monitored in hotels. One thing is for sure – fans are ready for live sports on TV – 88 percent of those polled said they plan to “watch as much sports as they can” when the games finally return.
