Rick Ross hit the Breakfast Club this week, and found himself at the center of another “foot in my mouth” controversy. When he was asked about whether or not MMG would ever sign a female rapper, the Boss replied with a lewd, and disgusting “rape culture” response: “You know, I never did it because I always thought that like I would end up f*****g the female rapper [and then] f*****g the business up…I’m so focused on my business. I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good and I’m spending so much money on the photoshoots…I gotta f**k a couple times.”
The internet did not take well to the comment and immediately expressed their disgust for the rappers insensitive and unacceptable comments. The backlash was so intense that Ross had no choice but to reply. Today, the Ross issued an apology on Facebook, attempting to clear the air and right his wrongs. What do think about his apology?
