Starbucks Is Offering New Accessible Services Like A Third Party App And Braille Menus Big changes are coming to Starbucks to allow a better ordering experience for those who are blind or have low vision. Some of the changes include braille menus as well as large-format menus, and the access to a third party app called Aira. Aira will provide assistance from an agent to those who are blind or visually impaired and need help with the menu. A statement from a Starbucks official reads “At Starbucks, it has long been a part of our mission to create a culture of warmth and belonging.
