U.S. Court of Appeals Second Circuit denies Tom Brady’s hearing.

Tom Brady was shut down by the U.S. Court of Appeals Second Circuit for a rehearing to reinstate his four-game suspension. The next level of appeals would be with the U.S. Supreme Court. Tom Brady’s attorneys noted that they will exhaust all options. Tom Brady is facing suspensions from games against the Arizona Cardinals, Dolphins,Texan and Bills.

Most U.S. Supreme Court hearings are very selective and will likely not accept the next appeal by Brady’s camp.
