Childish Gambino had a busy weekend between hosting SNL as his alter-ego, Donald Glover, and also appearing as the musical guest. After his performance he dropped two new songs, one of which, he dropped a video for. The visual for “This Is America” seems to provide a narrative of racial biases and stereotypes here in the U.S., and it’s quickly gone viral. On Youtube, the video has over 24 million views, and people around the world are hailing Gambino as a genius for the piece.
