Your Apple Watch could help reveal serious conditions

I didn’t mean to scare you with that header caption. If you’re like me and always get asked “so what can your Apple Watch do?” (mostly because my watch-band game is fire right now) add these reasons to your bank of answers.

According to research from The University of California San Francisco and Cardiogram found a 97% accuracy rate to detect a heart beat abnormality to show signs of hypertension. 82% for symptoms of sleep apnoea. This was a study conducted through the cardiogram app via Apple Watch users who signed up.
