Unfortunately, based on data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, some of the communities we serve are among the top ten in the country when it comes to drunk driving accidents and deaths. This number only rises as the holidays approach.
These preventable occurrences can halt the festivities right in their tracks and may have life-long effects on all parties involved. This year, our office has purchased 450 credits worth $20 on the Uber app for exclusive use on New Year’s Eve to help our communities safely reach their destinations. There is a one-credit-per-person limit, and the Uber promo code will only work in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho between 5:00 PM on December 31, 2025, and 12:00 PM on January 1, 2026. The credits are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
