Moving to Reno from Northern California, Ikon did a year of school at UNR before dropping out to pursue his dream of DJing. At the urge of one of his friends in the industry, Ikon entered a competition in Las Vegas that turned out to be his first residency in Vegas, and more importantly, changed the whole dynamic of his career. In this episode, he talks about that and more as he takes us on a journey throughout his 18-year career detailing how he got started, up’s down’s, and even drops a message for up and coming DJ’s.
