“It’s important to make friendships that are deeper than gossiping, drinking, smoking, and going out. Make friends who you can eat breakfast with, cry with, workout with, friends who support your goals and believe in you”
Examine the company you keep. Do you notice you only have friends that hit you up to go out, drink, smoke and party but when you need them they’re never there? These are people that serve no purpose in your life and your journey. The friends that support you constantly, always have words of encouragement and advice on how to elevate your goals, those are the friends worth your time and energy. Sure, there’s nothing wrong with going out and having a good time here and there but think about how these activities positively influence your life. If you notice a pattern, that’s when its time to rethink your circle.
