A Las Vegas battery case against DaBaby has been dismissed.
The charges stem from a driver who alleged DaBaby attacked him during a ride in November 2020. The case was dismissed with prejudice, which means it was dismissed and couldn’t be refiled. TMZ was told by the Clark County District Attorney’s office that DaBaby had satisfied all of his obligations, including a payment to the victim in the amount of $7,500. DaBaby’s attorney called the case a “money grab,” but now DaBaby can put it all behind him and move on.
