DMX was sentenced to two months in prison for failing to pay 400,000 in child support, that he claims he was never supposed to pay. He was happy to be released over the weekend, and will resume the case in court, In November.
If Earl Simmons (DMX) is found guilty of knowing about his charges, then he will return to jail to finish the four months of his six month sentence.
