It appears Kim and Kanye do not have a formal custody agreement, this according to TMZ.
The pair have tried working on a schedule between the two of them due to Kanye’s schedule. Kanye’s lawyer will attempt to iron out an agreement but if that does not happen they will have to go to court and ask a judge to impose ground rules for custody and visitation. The issue is going to be for Kanye who travels frequently outside of LA and it’s hard to formalize a custody agreement when schedules are in flux.
