Kenny G gave details on his collaboration with Kanye West during a recent GQ interview.
The Jazz musician says that he suggested that his saxophone playing would sound good on music Kanye played for him after he serenaded Kim Kardashian as a Valentine’s Day surprise. “…it was really organic…He wasn’t bringing me in, I don’t think, expecting me to do anything. I think that we just had such a good vibe going from the Valentine’s Day moment that he was excited to play me his music,” said Kenny.
Very few have heard the song which Kenny G was featured on, however, it was supposed to be released on September 27th according to a social media post from Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian. Jesus Is King was pushed back the following Sunday, however that didn’t happen either so for now we wait. Kanye has been spotted working with Swizz Beatz at his home in Wyoming so he may be adding to the album.
