Forget about a fancy new roller coaster or thrill ride. Lagoon has confirmed plans to open an Oktoberfest-themed beer garden for the 2019 season.
According to FOX 13, Lagoon will be opening the Lagoon “Biergarten!” It’ll be located just south of the historic Roller Coaster, and will offer a wide variety of beers on tap as well as a range of exciting food options.
Lagoon is one of a few amusement parks in the country that still allows picnicking and guests have been able to “BYOB.”
Obviously, the Biergarten will not allow product sold there to be taken out of the grounds. And in the park, the only place it’ll be prohibited is the Lagoon A Beach water park because it will be served in glassware.
