A second man named Michael Boatwright, who police believe is responsible for pulling the trigger and fatally shooting the rapper in the jaw.
The gunman has been in custody since July 5th, after an arrest for crack cocaine.
Another man named Dedrick D. Williams, who police believe was the other man who participated in robbing XXXTentacion is still in custody.
According to Broward County Sheriff officials, they are still searching for a second gunman. Also a person of interest in the case named Robert Allen.
