In her first single release in 2 years, T Swift definitely made some brave moves. The country singer stepped away from her typical teen-y lyrics to deliver a dark, almost sinister new track called “Look What You Made Me Do”.
Many speculate that Swift’s lyrics are taking shots at Kanye West and Kim Kardashian – and it definitely appears that way. She’s notoriously been a little bitter after he rapped “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/why? I made that b*tch famous” on ‘The Life of Pablo’.
Her first verse pens the most obvious diss, “I don’t like your twisted games/Don’t like your tilted stage/The role you made me play of the fool/I don’t like you”. The “tilted stage” she refers to is, of course, Kanye’s famous floating stage from his “Life of Pablo” tour.
Either way, the new track is gaining traction quickly with all of the speculation surrounding.. and T. Swizzle is about to cash out.
