Meek Mill premiered a new song with Miguel last night (June 24) during the 2018 BET Awards in Los Angeles. It’s called “Stay Woke.” The performance on stage depicted a street corner, which at one point, police charged and fired their guns at kids playing behind Meek. During the song, Meek wore a hoodie featuring a picture of XXXTentacion on the front and Pittsburgh rapper Jimmy Wopo on the back. Both were shot and killed earlier this week.
“How can I stand allegiance for the flag when they killing all our sons and our dads?”
