Drake and Adonis: Like Father, Like Son

Guess what? Drake’s back with a fresh track, “8AM in Charlotte”, and it’s a teaser for his upcoming album, For All the Dogs. But here’s the twist: Adonis Graham, his son, isn’t just in the video – he’s the artist behind the album’s cover too. The video kicks off with Adonis breaking down a drawing he’s super proud of. And with Conductor Williams from Griselda Records handling the production, this track is pure soul-sampling gold. Don’t miss out; the video’s down below.

For All the Dogs: Worth the Wait?

Drake fans, brace yourselves. For All the Dogs was set to drop on September 22 but got a rain check thanks to Drake’s “It’s All a Blur Tour” with 21 Savage. But Drake’s message to us? “Hang tight, we’ve got memories to make, and we’ll make up for lost time.” Fun fact: if the album had dropped as planned, it would’ve been a twin-release day with Doja Cat’s Scarlet.

Oh, and remember Drake’s poetry book, Titles Ruin Everything? He dropped a hint then, saying, “Made an album to vibe with the book. Missing old-school Drake? Hold onto your headphones!”

Time-Stamped Tunes: Drake’s Signature

“8AM in Charlotte” slides right into Drake’s iconic time-and-place song list. It all started in 2010 with “9AM in Dallas” and has since grown with jams like “5am in Toronto” and “7am on Bridle Path.”
