Lil Xan is known for his tattoos, dating Noah Cyrus, his music and now he will be known as the dude who couldn’t handle his Cheetos.
Lil Xan posted an Instagram video of himself riding in the back of an ambulance.
He later told fans that the ride wasn’t due to drugs, it was actually due to eating one too many hot Cheetos.
Lil Xan said it, “ripped something in my stomach open so I puked a little blood.” He added, “Be careful, Hot Cheetos are one hell of a drug aha.”
The rapper is currently on tour with a Salt Lake City stop in November.
