As long as I can remember, Oprah has always been a woman I’ve looked up to. Her life story, her success, her humanitarian efforts, her drive and ambition, her talent and love for her job. And although I am well aware of how influential she is to the industry and our generation, she never ceases to amaze me! Last night I was at a loss for words as she stood up and gave one of the most important speeches of our time.
