The Weight Down saga continues! So, I’ve been waking up at 5AM and getting (at least) 1 mile in on the treadmill with the goal to continue to lose weight. This month I was faithful with being active on Jan 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th! I weighed in today and to my surprise I have lost 5lbs! While I know that weight loss in the beginning can happen rapidly, I’m still happy not only with the scale but with myself for staying consistent and committed to this journey.
